College Scholarship Awards

EYSA College Scholarship Award

League: In the Spring and Fall Seasons, EYSA will award two $750 College Scholarships each Season. 

Tournaments: EYSA will award one $750 College Scholarship per tournament that has at least 20 teams.

League and Tournament Scholarships will be randomly chosen.

Terms and Conditions of all Scholarships:

The College Scholarships are administered by Edmond Sports Youth Foundation (the "Foundation"). All Scholarships are subject to the following requirements:

1) Recipient must provide full name and date of birth for verification at the time of the award.

2) Recipient must provide parent or guardian contact information at the time of the award.

3) Upon graduating High School, Recipient must submit the Scholarship Award Request to EYSA at info@edmondyouthsports.com.

4) To be eligible for the Scholarship, Recipient must graduate High School and attend College. Recipient must provide the required documents to EYSA before the Recipient's 21st Birthday. The Scholarship is not transferrable.

5) Upon submitting the necessary paperwork and approval, the Foundation shall send the awarded funds directly to the College on behalf of the Recipient or to the Recipient as determined by the Foundation.

6) Scholarship funds shall only be used for the qualified expenses of tuition, fees and books.

7) Scholarship funds are for the amount stated at the time of the award and do not increase amount, regardless of changes in the program or time.

8) Scholarship award may be considered taxable income under applicable law. Recipients are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes.

9) Recipient and their parent or guardian grant permission to EYSA and the Foundation to use their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes.

10) In the event the terms and conditions are not timely met, Recipient is not entitled to any Scholarship. In the event Recipient falls to comply will the terms and conditions, including but not limited to fill out the required forms, the Scholarship is forfeited. 

11) EYSA and the Foundation are not liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Scholarship Program. All Scholarships and this program are governed by Oklahoma Law. EYSA reserves the rights to alter, modify, suspend, pause or terminate the program at any time.  Any Recipient who has been  awarded a Scholarship will not effected by any modification, change or termination of the program, except for changes to documents required to be filled out for the award.
